We address this structural challenge by engineering heavy-duty steel or aluminum terminal posts, specifically reinforced with welded bracing plates. We coordinate the post layout to ensure that intermediate supports are spaced no more than 3 feet apart, keeping the entire run rigid and aligned.

• The 3-Inch Tensioning Guideline: We tension cables using hydraulic swaging equipment so that even under pressure, the cables cannot deflect enough to allow a 4-inch sphere to pass between them. Typically, we space the cable runs exactly 3 inches apart vertically.
• Handrail Heights: Exterior deck guardrails are built to a height of 42 inches, while interior stair railings maintain a standard height of 36 inches from the stair tread.
• Unobstructed Drainage: Post base mounts are engineered with drainage offsets to prevent water pooling around anchor bolts, ensuring structural longevity.
